DVD & BluRay Order Form

Following the success of previous productions, the Sunday evening performance of the show will be filmed professionally, and will be available on DVD, and new for this year, in High Definition on BluRay.

Please complete the form below to order online. The discs will be available in the New Year. We accept cash or cheque payments, cheques should be payable to “Morphew Dance Show”. Payments should be given to your child’s dance teacher in a clearly-marked envelope.

Payment will be required at the start of the new term so the order can be processed.
